JUNIOR TRAINING

Racing line, braking point, turning in, hitting the apex and getting the power down at the optimum point. These are the techniques that every successful driver needs to know. Awareness in traffic, knowing overtaking opportunities and passing successfully are other techniques that are covered by Kart Training.

Structured tuition is offered and is personalised for each driver. A 160cc kart, helmet, race suit, gloves, neck collar, and rib protector are all provided, as is the use of the International Circuit.

Sodi 160cc 4-stroke petrol karts are used for all junior training events.

The minimum age to take part is 8 and the maximum age is 15 years old.

The minimum height to safely operate the junior karts is 4’2 (127cm) and the maximum height is 6’ (183cm). No previous driving experience is necessary.

The total time at the circuit is approximately 2 hours from your arrival to departure.
